The Norton Boys competed Saturday, Nov. 14th in the MAC Preseason Tournament. The tournament was held at Spins Bowl Kent.
The Panthers finished in 1st Place, with 4042 total pins. In team games, the Panthers rolled 1035, 941 and 1024 for a 3000 total. In their baker games, the Panthers rolled 217, 181, 197, 151, 147 and 149 for a 1042 total. The Panthers 1035 team game and 217 baker game were both high scores for the tournament.
Individually, the Panthers were led by Senior Nate Merrill with a 714 series. Also rolling for the Panthers were Caleb Campbell (628 series), Nick Vaudrin (608 series), Josh Heath (532 series), Nick Rummer (205 game) and Logan Slinker (176 game).
Seniors Nate Merrill and Caleb Campbell both earned All-Tournament Team Honors.
